Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Job Description:

  1. Understand workflow based logic and have the ability to understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize future state of the same in automated solution.

  2. Collaborate with and lead team members to analyze business requirements, prioritize work streams, help design the Robotic Process Automation strategic roadmap, conduct development, perform systems integration testing, and support development's move to production.
  3. Plan, implement and sustain Robotic Process Automation initiatives for clients.

  4. Lead the Robotic Process Automation technical development and planning activities; working closely with key client stakeholders and in-house leadership to define the strategy and required work streams

  5. Provide technical direction to developers on design considerations for security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime.
  6. Assist in demonstrations with sales cycles, proofs of concepts and/or proofs of value.
  7. Leadership oversight into our Robotic Process Automation delivery methodology to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities to implement enhancements.
  8. Represent Development in Ashling Partners' Automation Centers of Excellence
  9. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Robotic Process Automation and the Intelligent Process Automation revolution.

Minimum Skills Required:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar

Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years (96 months)
